I am writing on behalf of the Delta County Airport Advisory Board to ask that you please consider and forward for approval, to the Delta County Board of Commissioners, the enclosed proposal. The Airport anticipates its current airline operator... to permanently up=gauge aircraft to capacities larger than 61 seats, which will require the development of a complete Airport Security Plan (ASP).

This report is being provided at the request of the Delta County Airport Advisory Board, in response to the Airport Management's growing concern about the material condition and serviceability of the airport's current Jet A refueler truck. Multiple subject-matter experts and industry representatives have recommended the airport replace the in-service truck as soon as possible.

In addition to his expertise in creating and delivering various training and curricula, Robert is also an accomplished program and project manager. This document is a self-generated inspection record he produced to correct program discrepancies, related to vehicle upkeep and maintenance, while serving as the Delta County Airport Manager.

In early 2018, an international entrepreneur commissioned Robert to produce and deliver a series of lectures about Military History and strategy relative to business management practices.
